Over my tenure at Johnson Outdoors, I was responsible for over 300 individual packaging files. From boxes, to clam shells, to plain carton labels, I had my hands on every part of our retail experience.

No matter the packaging type, I maintained strong adherence to brand guidelines, and worked through many iterations of changing packaging needs. I even developed and implemented a package design request and tracking process so all stakeholders could stay up to date with the status of their request as it moved through internal reviews.

Additionally, I worked within compliance guidelines for California's Prop 65 and Coin Cell Battery compliance for Australia, upholding ISO standards.
