Universal Human Rights

A poster design looking at the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The fifth article promises a freedom from fear and unusual punishment. Looking at death penalty carried out through stoning, the paper was patterned using a rock covered in paint. The impact of the thrown rock created splatters and indents. Collaboration with a printmaker allowed for screening of type over this paper that stands in for those who suffer unfairly.
