The Austin Street Social Club is a passion project of mine. In 2022, I was able to purchase my own home, by myself. The house ended up being even more of a fixer upper than I had initially anticipated, so by the time it was presentable for a housewarming party, I knew I wanted to go all out. So the Austin Street Social Club was born.

​The Social Club took life through party invitations and envelopes, custom matchbooks, and a branded cake, The checker theme is a nod to the first big stylistic house project: tiling the kitchen floor with black and white tiles. While this was a personal project, it did have the impact I was hoping for. I wanted my house to be somewhere my friends felt welcome to drop by any time. Now, it's not uncommon to get a text asking if the Austin Street Social Club would be willing to host upcoming gatherings.
